Terrible, unless you are there only for partying
Apartments are decent for the price but could do with makeover. Kitchenette poorly equipped. Ok cleanliness even though we were greeted by a cockroach on the first morning. But what makes this absolutely a horrible stay is the noise from the strip of discos across the street. First night of our stay we had an apartment directly facing the street and the noise level was 80-85dB from 10 to 4 in the morning, no way to sleep. Staff was friendly and arranged for us to get another apartment further back which helped a little, at least it was possible to sleep with earplugs. Could not recommend at all, unless you are there to party into the early hours each night, then it's the perfect place.

The problem was we originally had a room at the front but the noise was horrendous so we asked to move to the back. The room was awful no air conditioning the bathroom was stained in the tiny bath the steel fittings were rusty the tiling was chipped the kitchen had been painted but had flaked off i could go on.

Good Value for Money Location
Yes it is noisy at night so if you want a quiet location away from all the bars and clubs then its not the place to stay. If however you do want to be near all the action then its brilliant as its just over the road. Value for money accommodation, so for the amount paid I thought it was great. I also liked the fact each apartment has its own mini roof terrace.

Horrific
Absolutely horrific- checked out after the first night. Of course we expected some noise being across from the strip- however as there was a significant hole above and around the window it was impossible to block out any of the noise. On reporting to reception we were told that ‘they knew about the hole’ but no offer to fix it or to change us rooms. Save your money. Book somewhere else

We regret very much the inconevnientes that may have caused the noise of the nightlife. We are trying to get the local authorities and the police to stop the very loud sounds. We do not know any complaint from you in reference to a hole or about the request for a change of Bungalow. We always try to please the client and change them, as soon as possible, to a back bungalow as soon as they tell us they want to do it.

Perfect location, great value for money
Fantastic location, right in the middle of everything, (opposite Veronicas). A bit noisy at night, but nothing i couldn't handle. could do with a bit of money spending on it, but it was great value for the monies spent. you get a lot for your money as well, with the private sun terrace and the communal one. would stay again in an instant, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Close to the beach and loud nightlife
Each apartment is on three floors, lounge/kitchen on the ground floor, bedroom and bathroom on the first and a roof terrace; mine had a jacuzzi. The kitchen had a hob, kettle, fridge and microwave. There was a good size TV in the lounge, but the only English channel was CNN. The stairs between each floor are steep and narrow, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The bed-linen and towels were clean, although the bed seemed to have a plastic undersheet. The roof had two sunbeds, a table and chairs. There is no air-conditioning, only a fan. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and Shakira the cat was friendly too. The pool is quite small and surrounded by the apartments; although I didn’t use it other residents did, as well as the bar there. The WiFi worked, but was a little slow. The most important point is that it is right by Veronica’s; if you don’t like loud music until 4am, don’t stay here. I didn’t care and slept like a log. It is literally minutes from the beach and a multitude of bars, restaurants and shops. Overall, I had a very pleasant time and would recommend this hotel, with the above caveats.

Great break.
Contact before we arrived was good. Reception was efficient and helpful. The accomodation was larger than expected. The rooms were a little warm but the huge sun terrace was great early morning and late evening. The three of us really enjoyed the hotel and holiday.

Das Hotel war wegen der Corona-Krise geschlossen! Ich musste für die eine Nacht auf dem Airport Teneriffa Sud übernachten! Gerade in solchen Notsituationen sollte man sich auf ein seriöses Unternehmen wie ebookers verlassen können. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und erwarte die volle Rückerstattung. Det var 2 våning bungalow med terrass på 3 våning. Vi hade havutsikt. Servis var ok. Pool område fin och mysig. Till havet 5 min. Solsäng kostade 6 euro. Sand strand. Vi var andra vecka i mars och det var 27°. Det är bra att ta med sig öronproppar pga nattklubbar i närheten.

Vinterferie !
Flott værmessig ferie . Boforhold greie ,men trenger oppgradering. Spesielt er vinduer og dører " tite lydtette " -- nærliggende natteliv med musikk til kl 04.00 vanskeliggjorde nattesøvn. Byggearbeider i nærliggende bygningsmasse var også forstyrrende , musikk -- boring i betong -- høylytt roping av arbeidsfolk gjorde avslapping ved egen leilighet vanskelig og slitsom. Hyggelig rengjøringspersonell !!! Reiser ikke tilbake . Stjerner **.

L'accueille excellent et très à l'écoute , les chambres spacieuses avec une petite cuisine complète qui permet de préparer des plats basiques . Une terrasse agréable avec bain de soleil. Piscine chauffée pour la détente de fin de journée.

Varning för mycket högt störande ljud hela natten!
Outhärdligd mycket hög ljudnivå mellan klockan 21.30 till 03.30 från närliggande klubbar. Hade bokat 13 nätter men stod bara ut i 6 nätter pga. den höga teknomusiken. Försökte med alla typer av öronproppar men inget hjälpte så vi var tvungna att flytta för att kunna sova. Fick inte tillbaka någon ersättning även fast chefen hade lovat detta om han skulle kunna hyra ut. Vi checkade inte ut, utan behöll nyckeln till lägenheten enligt uppgörelse med chefen att han skulle ringa om han lyckades hyra ut till nya gäster och då skulle vi överlämna nyckeln. Vid besök 3dagar senare så besökte jag hotellet och låste upp vår lägenhet med vår nyckel och såg då till min förskräckelse att lägenheten var uthyrd utan att chefen hört av sig. Jag konfronterade då chefen med detta och blev bemött med dåliga ursäkter och hot om tillkallande av polis om jag skulle använda vår lägenhet. Ingen ekonomisk kompensation erhölls, vilket var mycket dåligt.

When a client pays for accommodation, he does not pay for a specific one. You left the Complex and that is why we made use of that specific unit. Sehr kleines schmutzes Badzimmer mit kaputter Toilettensitz und dem Boden Auch. Kleines ,nicht fest Bett!. Sauberkeit leider unter 0. Umgebung ist schoen aber sehr zu laut konnten Wir nicht schlaffen,dass wir nechsten Tag sehr muede gewesen. nicht geeignet fuer Leute,die in Ruhe bleiben wollen .

Mi pareja y yo escogimos este hotel por las reseñas y las opiniones calidad/precio. El hotel necesita un reacondicionamiento, el estado general del mobiliario no es muy bueno. El entorno está bien si tu plan es salir de fiesta, ya que se encuentra en pleno epicentro guiri, se escucha la música alta hasta las 6 de la mañana todos los días, con lo cual si se busca un plan de relax es complicado descansar. A las 10 de la mañana las personas encargadas de la limpieza ya estaban timbrando en la habitación, les pedimos si podían esperar 15 minutos para limpiar nuestra habitación y la contestación fue que tenían mucho trabajo. La verdad y pese a que el trato de los trabajadores de la recepción fue bastante correcto, no repetiría en este hotel.

Όλα καλα
Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό και κεντρικό σημείο. Ήταν πολύ καθαρό το ξενοδοχείο και πολύ ευγενικο το προσωπικό. Αν έβρισκα ένα αρνητικό είναι ότι έχει φασαρία τα βράδυα από τα μαγαζιά που βρίσκονται απέναντι.

El apartamento que me dieron era el numero 1 , estaba muy descuidado y el suelo sucio , por lo que pude ver de algunos apartamentos que estaban abiertos es que es que estaban como el mio . Con lo cual puedo decir que las fotos que ponen en la pagina para aquilar son mentiras . No aconsejable para el descanso mucho ruido delas discotecas de alrededor.
