Very clean.I was told I could park the car outside so I did.but I got a parking ticket.the owner of the property should issue the guest with a parking permit.the apartment is very clean and modern I will definitely be going back.

Lovely apartment
Stayed on the top floor for three nights, apartment was spotless, light and very quiet, had every amenity you could want if you wanted to self cater, and had had a total refurbishment. Located close to the sea front and near to shops and the train station. Opposite the apartments is a bowling green, the apartment had a lovely view of this.

Lovely apartment - shame about the owners !
Apartment was very nice and clean. No-one there to see us in - just a key box. NO TOWELS WERE PROVIDED which put us in an awkward position. Called the mobile number which was provided with the key box code but no-one answered the whole 4 days - even when we text again to ask what time to vacate apartment. All other linen was provided but no towels. We went to the only shop in Tenby that sold towels and were told that many people had been placed in this position. Apparently Tenby hotels are not supplying towels because they are being stolen. Lack of communication by owners! TAKE TOWELS WITH YOU IF YOU ARE VISITING TENBY! Got locked out on last evening as main door latch dropped and our key wouldn't work. Rang bell - miserable man came to door and used a hammer to unlock from inside - no apology! We wondered whether we were locked out for the night as no-one was answering their mobile phone - therefore no contact with owners!

disappointing
cleanliness of room was not good. quality of pillows was poor. shower cubicle was very cramped and there was no floor mat. the toilet seat was broken. I found the bed very hard. The room was also not properly cleaned during day. Location and food was excellent.

A good hotel
I've stayed twice. On both occasions its been good. The only criticism I have is of the breakfast arrangements. First there's only a 45 minute window. When we arrived twenty minutes in there were no free tables. Then the staff refused to cook scrambled egg even though it was offered the day before. It was a bit strange but I have to say that the three previous breakfasts were fine. They then agreed to cook scrambled egg and the toast was like warm bread.

pleasant stay in Tenby
No blind on roof window meant the room got bright early in morning. Breakfast and service were good. Excellent location in town. Limited amount of free parking in Tenby.

Great Town Great staff
We had a great stay here Booked two nights and booked another night after the first night. Room was small but comfortable. We recommend that everyone should check out the little town of Tenby and stay at the Glenholme. Breakfast was great, Full english and contenential with coffee and tea. The host were friendly and great to chat to. Will Stay here again if we ever return to this side of the world.

Better to stay at home than going there
First when we arrived the lady asked us if we were sure to have booked there, she wasn't opening the front door, it was a bit unwelcoming.so we showed her the reservation paper and she finally opened the door. Then she gave us room 5: in the bathroom, the shower was still having a old soap full of hairs....that show it hasn't been cleaned. The milk for the tea was expired for like one year.......bed sheets were having some marks.. In the morning noises at 6H45 for a sunday a bit early Breakfast really average and cold, and they just do breakfast from 8h30 to 9:15, not very flexible...... We won't stay there again sorry

Close to Esplande and South Beach
We really enjoyed our stay, Glenholme just off the Esplanade and so convenient for walking to the centre of Tenby and local South Beach. We were made very welcome and we had a choice of 2 rooms and our choice was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fab. We would definetly stay at the Glenhomle again.

Situated in an ideal location but unfortunately no where to park except on pay car park.No parking permit as stated. Bedroom clean with good view of bowling green, but bathroom VERY BAD. VERY DIRTY AND BADLY MAINTAINED.Breakfast ok staff a little slow but polite. Enjoyed our time in Tenby but liked Saundersfoot more .

the Glenholme Tenby wales
things were fine,but were allocated a family rather than the a double room we booked.It would have been nice to have had chairs to sit on rather than a bed we weren't using. Bed was comfy though

Service was friendly and helpful and the company at the guest house was stimulating. The cost was competetie with similar establishments in the area. One problem was no parking or internet access.

Vi boede i et dejligt lille værelse - få skridt fra den smukkeste udsigt over skrænter og hav. Perfekt beliggenhed i denne charmerende by / sted. Man kan parkere i P-hus i nærheden. Dette sted kan bestemt anbefales!
