We especially liked that you could always go to the reception area to pick up extra tea bags, coffee, sugar, etc. to use with the kettle in the room. During our three-day stay, the room was cleaned on request, and towels were changed upon request as well. When I asked for fresh towels, they arrived promptly—and as a lovely...

Nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel parce qu'il proposait un petit déjeuner (english breakfast). Secondement, la chambre n'est pas un modèle de propreté et de confort. Les oreillers & le matelas sont vétustes, fatigués et certains ressorts sont cassés (creux & bosses). La salle de bain n'est pas agréable à utiliser, avec un pauvre rideau de douche, elle n'a...

« OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. Hope these...
