Unlike most two-bedroom condominiums in Telluride, this exceptional residence comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests thanks to its private loft featuring two additional beds. With four total beds, it provides the flexibility and sleeping capacity typically found only in much larger properties, making it ideal for families, multiple couples, or groups seeking extra room without sacrificing comfort.

Positioned on Telluride's "hip and hidden" west side, the condo enjoys a peaceful setting while remaining just steps from Chair 7, offering effortless ski access in the winter and immediate access to hiking, biking, and adventure year-round.

From the windows and deck, take in unique western-facing views across the valley floor and enjoy a front-row seat overlooking one of Telluride's rare pool and hot tub plazas—a sought-after amenity that few properties can claim.

Recently remodeled with thoughtful mountain-inspired finishes, the condo blends modern comfort with refined western character. Whether you're gathering after a powder day, soaking in the hot tub under the stars, or simply enjoying the quieter side of town, this property delivers an authentic Telluride experience that is both convenient and remarkably spacious.

Rare sleeping capacity. Prime ski access. Pool and hot tub views. A hidden-west-side location you'll never want to leave.

The property was very clean and cooly decorated. It had everything we needed — including some beers, wine and coffee- and the property owners/managers were accessible. Some lights and window shades were not working so it was dark-ish in the mornings and nights but it was fines Location is great - on the “far” end of town but it’s nice over there with a great market and open space/trail to town. The place is pricey but everything is at Telluride/Film Fest — I think the value was there. We would stay again. Thanks!
