This property is very much as advertised. The room is basic, but the price is a good deal. Easy walk to a lift, the staff was professional, and the unit was clean (albeit a bit dated). I would stay there again.
Stayed here for 3 nights with my buddy, as we skied Telluride, and it was less then 5min walk to the lift, good price, and good place to sleep. If you plan to spend time in the room, I'd not recommend it as it was fairly small.

Telluride Trip
The room was small but functional. No air conditioning could be an issue in July
Overall, this property worked well for our week-long stay. This was our first time staying in Telluride and our first time in the area without snow on the ground. When we have visited in the winter, we have always stayed in Mountain Village. The property was close enough to walk everywhere downtown and to the Gondola. Being right next to the Carhenge parking lot meant easy access to our car when we wanted to explore further out.
The only negatives were that the carpet is showing its age, the small knifes in the kitchenette were quite dull, and there was no big sauce pot. Also, the mattress was a bit hard for our Temperpedic-spoiled butts.
All those little things aside, we really enjoyed the opportunity to "live like a local" and would recommend this property for others looking to experience it too.
Terrific location — nice to have a small kitchen. Plenty of parking (if a little hard to get to - look at the map in your instructions!

The room is much smaller than pictured. The kitchenette was great and much appreciated. We had trouble checking in I waited 20-30 minutes because the only front desk staff had to go fix someones tv. It would be great to have more than one person on staff to check-in and also do repairs. The parking lot and directions were difficult in the dark if your unfamiliar with the town and area. Nice hot tub but after the slow check in and finding the parking and our building it was almost closed, 9pm is a little early, if it was 10 I would have been able to enjoy that as well.
This room had everything we needed for our 3 night stay -including morning sunshine! Very convenient location for lift 7. I would choose this room again.
