After a full day driving to Telluride, to be handed an envelope with very little spoken instruction until prompted was frustrating. The room was clean, but for a king sized bed there should have been more pillows. There was no head board, which made sittting in the bed to watch tv feel awkward. The walls are also super thin and our neighbors liked to argue. The whole process of renting the room was extremely easy and came with very clear directions. The front office staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the room was extremely clean. Also, it was steps away from the lift which was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again! ##### Alex F.
