This home is located adjacent to the ski run and offers effortless ski-in/out access. Additionally, Country Club Estate is just a quick walk away from the Village Core, where you'll find all the mouth-watering restaurants, cafes, and bars of Mountain Village, plus the Gondola that connects to town. When you arrive at the exterior of the house, you'll immediately notice the outstanding mountain views that make you feel as if you're in a postcard. The home's facade is a beautiful combination of timber, stone, and glass- creating a classic mountain home style that adds to the sense of style and grandeur. The living room is separated into separate rooms for formal and informal occasions. One area has a roaring gas fireplace surrounding two leather sofas - This space is perfect for entertaining during formal occasions. Another living room offers an HDTV that faces multiple armchairs and a plush couch. Here, you'll love curling up as you watch your favorite shows. There is also a reading nook nearby with two more armchairs that peer out over the lush meadows towards the magnificent mountain ranges. The elegant kitchen includes lots of marble finishes and bespoke cabinetry that contrast seamlessly. A fully integrated kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances that include a refrigerator, microwave, and a multipurpose gas range. An expansive island bar offers breakfast bar seating and additional space for cooking. Upstairs, past the wooden staircase, you'll find the home's two primary suites. The first primary suite includes a sumptuous king-size bed upholstered in a leather sleigh bed. This room has vaulted ceilings and smooth timber floors that create a sophisticated space. There is also a dual-sided fireplace with an HDTV and a private balcony that overlooks crisp mountain views. The ensuite bathroom has a luxurious steam shower with a separate soaking tub. The second primary suite has a similar floor plan - with a king-size bed, a private balcony, a dual fireplace, and a spa-like attached bathroom, Downstairs, you'll find a gorgeous guest suite that offers complete privacy and elevated views on the main level. This room has a queen-sized bed and an HDTV. Across the hall is a practical den that has a cozy fireplace with a private seating area, and a sizable HDTV - whether you need an office or an extra bedroom, you can turn this space into whatever you need. There are three more guest bedrooms. One room has two twin-sized bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
