Because we did not speak the language, he took it upon himself to ensure we were fully supported—finding solutions, contacting the right people on our behalf, and advocating for us every step of the way. What impressed us most was that he continued to follow through and make sure everything was resolved even on his day off. Guilherme’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for our well-being were remarkable. Despite his extraordinary efforts, he humbly kept saying he was “just doing his job.” If that’s the case, then Windsor Towers is incredibly fortunate to have someone of his caliber on their team.
