I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's clean, modern, and the staff is nice. There are several breakfast options, and the location is excellent.
So close to the beach, it was perfect. I love this place. Stay in room 1414 it is the best.
I will book here every time I travel to Israel.

This was my third time staying at the Metropolitan Hotel. It’s a wonderful place! Ronit—at the front desk—was so incredibly warm and helpful for all parts of my stay and I really appreciated having the chance to stay at this fantastic hotel again. I hadn’t been to the pool during my prior stays, but used it this time and really enjoyed it! The breakfast was fantastic too!
You could not be closer to everything than this. The food is excellent. The staff is excellent. The rooms have enough space, are well organized and clean. Exactly what we wanted.
Good value for money. Very good staff. Very good breakfast. Rooms are not wow...but have all you need (hot water in the shower, great aircondition, comfortable bed, clean quiet room). You have so many things to do in the area...you are hardly in the room anyway...
I loved Rona the service manager. The hotel itself is old and tired. I thought it was over priced for tge quality of the hotel. Good selection at breakfast. And Rona
is great. No parking available at the hotel which was a major headache for us. We will not return to this establishment.

Unfortunately, the hotel handled both check-in and additional charges poorly. Check-in was slow and inefficient, and they were unable to process arriving guests in a timely way.
More concerningly, they claimed certain extra tax charges were required by government law, yet applied the passport checks and charges inconsistently, requesting passports for all guests in only selected rooms while apparently treating comparable rooms differently.
If a tax is legally required, it should be applied clearly, fairly and consistently to everyone. That did not appear to happen here.

Property is way overpriced. It’s had a renovation but our bathroom was old and shower in bath. Water didn’t run down quick so was standing in a quarter filled bath.
The pool opening hours of 10am is far too late.
You'd be hard-pressed to find better value accommodation in Tel Aviv. The location is fantastic, especially for a beach holiday, but it is an easy walk to the Dizengoff Centre and Carmel markets. The reception staff were all helpful and patient, the buffet breakfast is good value in an expensive and the pool is a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.
The hotel’s location is fantastic. Right off the beach without the expense of the beach hotels. We stayed in an updated room which was extremely clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. The pool area is small & not somewhere you’d want to lounge for a long time, but nice for a dip in the pool. Breakfast was very good, staff was friendly & helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay.
Would definitely recommend the Metropolitan. Stayed here while in Tel Aviv and it was so convenient. Ronit in reception was so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Good value for money and a perfect position.
Very well placed, 2 minutes walk to the beach frontage. Easy walk to the main centre for bars and restaurants.
Good breakfast selection. Poor bar area. Nice lounge/lobby
Thanks to Hila and the entire staff for a wonderful stay. The way that you looked after me and how you went out of the way to make me feel even more comfortable is amazing. Thanks again
