The room was nice it was clean and had a lot of space. The service overall was bad. Tried to call room service a couple of times (20 minutes wait time overall). Eventually tired to make an order, asked what kind of white wine do you guys have? The answer was "Standart Israeli Wine" (must be a new kind). I ordered two starters and a main dish with a bottle of wine. I was told that it would take an hour to fill the order (not like we are hungry but OK). 10 minutes later they call and say: well, we don't have anything from what you ordered (including the wine) would you like to order something else? Tried to go to the business lounge to grab a coffee, couldn't get in so i went to the resection desk there were two staff members there, one spoke English the second Hebrew, they gave me two separate version on why the lounge is not accessible.
