Agradable lugar, seguro, bastante limpio y ordenado... solamente un punto negativo; es el hecho de que el aire acondicionado de la habitación donde nos hospedamos goteaba bastante agua, lo cual fue incomodo.

Family Friendly

It is very hard to find a hotel that will accommodate large families without costing an arm and a leg. This was a very nice price and a spacious room. We will stay there again.

Pesimo servicio de Front Desk

Pesima atencion en front desk. Llegamos casi 9 pm, Me atendio 1 muchacho trigueño malencarado, me pregunto si tenia reservacion y le mostre el # de reservacion de hoteles.com, el ni sikiera la voltio a ver. Se dedico a buscar las 6 reservaciones en papel que le habian dejado y me dijo, en tono pre-potente "PERO a mi NO me la dejaron" (se referia a reservacion con mi apellido). Despues de unos desagradables intercambios le pregunte si tenia o no tenia habitaciones disponibles, a lo ke admitio que si y al final no tuvo mas remedio que alquilarme una. Nunca en mi vida he tenido que alegar tanto para convencer al encargado de 1 hotel de que me alquile 1 habitacion. Ese muchacho JAMAS en su vida ha sido entrenado sobre reservaciones online. La proxima vez mejor me hospedare en el Marriot, que solo cuesta L500 mas que el G&V. Por ese precio no vale la pena alegar con ese necio.
