"Nous avons eu un dégât d’eau provenant du niveau supérieur en pleine nuit et comme il n’y a pas de personnel sur place on a dû se débrouiller pour déplacer le lits qui était sous la fuite . On nous offert le lendemain, un transfert de chambre mais aucune compensation pour la nuit sans sommeil et tous les inconvénients "

"Hotel staff are very good, reception, pool and communal areas are all spotless and well organised. Our room was a bit tired and will soon need updating / renovating but the beds were very comfortable and a good size. Breakfast buffet was excellent although was very busy after 9.30am - but it was Santa Semana and therefore a busy time. Food in the other hotel restaurants was also very good."
