« L’hôtel est bien situé : commerces à proximité, proche d’Auckland et des parcs. C’est notre 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel : déception cette fois-ci pour un séjour de 10 jours aucun ménage, pas de changement de draps, les serviettes propres ( quand ils y pensaient) étaient posées sur la table basse du salon ( les serviettes sales toujours dans la salle de bain). Le sol n’a pas été nettoyé du séjour. Je ne comprends pas une telle baisse de prestations, j’apprécierais cet hôtel au bon rapport...
