"This hotel superseded my expectations. Great customer service, everyone was attentive, kind and so helpful, from the housekeeping staff to the reception. The restaurant was amazing and service impecable as well. Many thanks to Luka, Luka, Katy’s, and Lana from reception and restaurant. You surely made an impression and I would definitely stay here again. Also, Asado is a great restaurant and the food, just wow! "

"Great location and buffet"

"The location of the hotel is perfect, tucked just 30 seconds away from the Freedom square which makes it quiet but very central and walking distance to all the attractions. The rooms are very very spacious especially for a standard room, very clean and it has a safe and fridge and kettle too plus there is a free water dispenser at every floor plus free different coffee types refills bean to cup in the lobby. I know some people complaining about the open concept of having the water basin in the room and separate shower room and separate toilet but didn't bother us as a couple. I guess if you are comfortable enough to share a room with your fellow traveler then you should be able to accept having the basin in the room in my opinion. Staff is friendly and helpful and everyone speaks English everywhere."
