Excellent staff especially Dal who assisted us in many important ways.

Clean room and very responsive staff

All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would come back!

We enjoyed our experience at Lagen Island. The island is stunning and full of nature. We found it convenient having all our tours coordinated through the resort (and small groups). Make sure to arrive in El Nido before 4pm to make your transfer to Lagen island. We hope to be back again soon!

My mom and I saw a video of this resort on reels and it did not disappoint. The view on the rooftop is gorgeous with the infinity pool, the food and drinks were amazing and the staff were so kind. They really made sure we were enjoying our time and helped out with everything. Will definitely be back!

The stay here was very nice. I recommend. The staff is what made our stay extra enjoyable. They were amazing and always attentive.

Nice and clean

There isn’t enough characters to say just how much we loved this place. From the moment we checked in we were greeted by the most friendly front desk with welcome drink and towel. They took the time to ask if we were celebrating anything and when we told them we just got engaged days prior to our arrival they went above and beyond to decorate our room with balloons, fresh flowers, a signed card and wine! The room was super comfortable and clean. Loved the outdoor bathroom and shower! The resort...

Our family had a relaxing and memorable stay at Lihim Resorts. What stood out most about the resort was the epic sunset seen from Henri's Restaurant, and the private Hayag beach resort - but many things stood out during our stay. From our group which included seniors and kids, everyone had a relaxing experience. The staff were super friendly every step of the way, and at every touch point (airport, welcome entrance, dining, bar, pool), and available any time you need them. What really stood out...

We had a great stay at The Town by Namal in El Nido! The room was clean, organized, and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the centre of town and close to everything we needed, especially the dock for the island hopping tours. It made getting around so convenient. Special thanks to Lia and the entire hotel staff for being so accommodating and helping arrange everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to...

I stayed at this hotel way back in February on their opening weekend and I cannot say enough good things about this place! being that we were some of the first guests I was a little nervous but they really knocked it out of the park. The staff were absolutely incredible and accommodating. They have a free shuttle into town which we used quite often. The rooms are great and clean. We had an issue with our drain in our bathroom and they fixed it immediately. Even with working out the kinks of...

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I forgot my hand luggage at the reception but the staff called me and the manager delivered it himself. That was service way and beyond. The breakfast items are great and there are good lunch and dinner selections. It is an eco friendly resort . We loved it . It is 5 minutes walk from a tuk tuk stand from where down town El Nido is access. .
