Your safety is not guaranteed. My stay at this hotel turned into a nightmare. While the reception and room were acceptable, the tiny pool is governed by a strict internal policy clearly posted on-site, forbidding diving. Despite this, a local guest (served alcohol by the hotel) and his child were allowed to break these rules for hours—right under the eyes of staff, including servers, housekeepers, and receptionists monitoring the pool via surveillance cameras. No one intervened. After I politely asked the guest to respect the rules, I became the target of hostile behavior and aggressive remarks (the father told his son to “aim for the French”). The child then lunged at me, and while I tried to protect myself, the father—clearly intoxicated—punched me violently in the face, causing a mild concussion. The hotel staff witnessed everything and did nothing. No support, no commercial gesture. We left immediately, traumatized. This hotel fails to enforce its own rules and protect its guests. A humiliating, violent experience. Don’t risk your vacation here.
