« On vient de passer deux jours sur l’île de tawila dans cet hôtel. On est déçue de l’expérience que l’on a pu avoir. Si ce n’était pas un hôtel 5 étoiles à ce prix là je ne me serai pas permise ce commentaire mais voici notre retour : Le personnel ne parle vraiment pas bien anglais, beaucoup d’erreur dans les commandes et sur les réponses à nos questions. On nous a dit que la chambre serait décoré vu que c’est un voyage de noces au final ils ont oublié on a dû leur rappeler pour le faire,...

« hébergement non conforme aux photos du site. Pas de paroi au niveau de la douche donc la salle de bain était inondée après chaque douche Eau de la douche bouillante même en se mettant sur l’eau froide il fallait attendre 22h pour que les canalisations refroidissent Piscine qui ferme à 18h et le seul bar de l’hôtel aussi ! Vue sur des travaux qui commencent dès 8h du matin avec des marteaux piqueurs Environnement très sale dans les rues autour de l’hôtel Wifi quasiment inexistant Personnel...

« Le 1er soir, j'ai du changer de chambre à 1h du matin à cause d'autres personnes qui étaient saoules et qui criaient. Au bout de 4 jours, j'ai dû demander à ce qu'ils changent les draps, alors qu'ils disent que c'est fait au quotidien. Enfin, la nourriture était affreuse. Comme il y a à 90% des russes, polonais etc., c'est principalement leur nourriture qui est proposé. Et pour le thé de l'après-midi, il y a du boeuf, pizzas, mais aucun fruits ni biscuits secs »

« Appartement au milieu de nul part, le moindre déplacement doit se faire en taxi, service client zéro on a réserver pour 5 nuit on est resté finalement qu’une seule et ils ont refusé de rembourser quoi que ce soit. Je déconseille fortement si vous voulez passez de bonne vacances rapprochez vous de la marina à hurghada tout est proche. »
