House is exactly as pictured and very clean. Pool is nice and warm and really nice to swim in. Very nice property exactly as presented. On the canal side we seen manatee's, nurse sharks, tarpon, couple parrot fish, an angle fish and more. We kayaked to “toilet seat cut” that’s less than a mile away, in the bay accessible from the house. Nice king size beds and the upstairs master area is awesome. We spent the month of January at Jarrett's and boy did it fly by. The kithen is fully stocked and grill is awesome which made cooking our fresh catch delightful. We loved having our boat out back and the convience of the ice machine and freezer. There are plenty of towels and bedding which i love when renting. I loved having the master suite on the second floor so we had some privacy and our guests had the bedrooms downstairs. The month was cool so we spent alot of time in the hot tub and enjoyed hanging by the pool in the beautifully lanscaped yard. Jarrett is an amazing host.
