Tried calling the 24/7 guest services line and left several voicemails for assistance. Two of my guests had nowhere to sleep. The fire sprinkler systems had a collection of dust. There was not an enough dishes for a party of six. The water pressure was low. We were able to move to a second room for the second night stay. The sofa bed worked, however, had uncleaned blankets and sheets left on the bed.
