"The place was great. On point to the review online everything in place, clean, lots of free space for big families. Quiet and beautiful view. Amazing owners that helped us a lot in every way we needed. The only downside I think about is the mattress being quite old, older folks with back problems we had a hard time to sleep and wake up. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is."

"Great stay, the hotel and Rita, the host and all the staff are amazing! Fantastic views, a bit different from your regular hotels but that is a plus! Has a hot tub and pool as well as included breakfast (which is really good and it’s great to not have to worry about breakfast). It’s a bit outside of Varenna, it’s up in the hills, so you will need a Taxi every time to get back up to the hotel, there was a free night bus that took us to the hotel, but I believe it’s only running until October 2025. Going down to Varenna, you do need a Taxi or if you have a bike or rented car, be careful with the curves and the other Italian drivers lol. You can also do a walk down that takes about 20-25 minutes, but it is very rocky path down. Overall, great stay and room and would recommend."
