"The property is right in the centre. Exactly near the city hall. Shops, attraction, the cathedral, museums are within walking distance. If you have mobility problems, let the property owner knows because there is no elevator. Room- cozy and clean. We love the bathroom and shower. There is air conditioning if you need it. Our room was de luxe balcony. Please note, it is only room. There is no kettle nor tea or coffee making equipment. Shops and restaurants are within the vicinity. And plenty of selections as well. For the beach, I recommend Platja Arrabassada and Playa Gorda. There are just next to each other. And that is around a 30-min walk from the property. If you need anything, the owner is very much easy to contact via whats app."

"It would have been perfect if staff at the reception were trying harder to look friendly and helpful. Any questions about transport to the airport, theme park, attractions in the area..etc - the answer was " we don't provide this information". Also accepting deposit only in cash with cashmachine in hotel charging you a huge rate for withdrawing cash looks like more like scam rather than 4* hotel service. Everything else was perfect ."

"Very nice hotel! Extremely friendly staff. The only thing that wasn't as expected was the swimming pool which was smaller than it looked on the pictures. I would still highly recommend the hotel."

"Very nice hotel. Clean, centrally located, and the staff are so helpful and welcoming. The rooftop pool/bar is a super nice spot to spend the afternoon, if you can get a spot (some families went early, dropped towels, and disappeared, so all the spots when I went were taken by belongings without bodies)."
