« Wir haben die Woche hier sehr genossen: Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, wenn man die Wohnung betritt. Großzügige Ausstattung, viel Platz, Garten, ... Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht (sogar etwas mahr als das!). Die Lage ist idael für Ausflüge in die Cairngorms, man kommtaber auch gut an die Ostküste (z.B. Dunnotar Castle). « We were meeting friends to go to the Highland games and there were little lodging available at a reasonable price. I was a little concerned about the bothies based on earlier reviews but we all loved it. One friend was very tall and in a bothies with lower ceilings so they offered a different one but they didn't mind. We all enjoyed the wood stoves, the environment, and the beds. « This cottage is so nice you won't want to leave the house. The layout is perfect and incredibly functional, and the style is pristine and tasteful. There is a laminated guidebook with info about the appliances, temp control, amenities, nearby hikes. Everything was in stock, everything worked. The skylights have blinds/shades and can be cracked open for air, and the lighting options inside are numerous. Sometimes you see houses that have been flipped with superficial touches yet they fail at...

« Very good location with a lot of good-quality equipment. Owners give a lot of advices for shopping and knowing the area. Very good spot to travel around (Cairgorms, Carthes Castle, Aberdeenshire...). Very quiet .. the only neighbours who made noises were the sheeps :-). We spent a wonderful week there. »

« Liked the rustic nature and the serenity of the surroundings. Shooting clay pigeons with David and Dan was awesome and great value. Highly recommend this activity. Fly fishing the River Dee with Ian Murray was also good fun...but the fish were elusive. »

"Ma femme et moi avons passé de merveilleux moments dans ce magnifique château, les propriétaires Jhon et Nicola Leslie sont très gentils et accueillants. Nous avons très bien dîné et passé une excellente soirée en leur compagnie 🤗. Tout est très propre et confortable. Nous sommes triste de devoir déjà partir. N'hésitez pas à venir y séjourner.
