Alarife is ideal for families and Friends. This awarded modern construction is made to really sense the beauty of Atlanterra. The house has been set between two large Rock formations and in the master bedroom the Rockwall actually has been incorporated into the room and shower.
If you like light and open spaces Alarife is the ideal place for your holidays.
The front garden boasts very large cactuses and the back Yard is settled into the natural rocks.
Next to the living room, a spacious backyard-Terrace is the ideal hang out spot for the afternoons totally private and shaded by a large tree. Windows all a long the front face of the house make for sea views from every single spot on the inside.
The decoration is tasteful and done with real care to the detail.
The kitchen and Dining area are fully equipped and also allow for sea views.
The master bedroom is situated behind the living room on the first floor and the other three bedrooms are on the lower level.
The house has a private 8x4m pool situated in front of the house and right on the rocks.
It is only a 7 minute walk to the beach of Atlanterra (playa del Bunker).
The house offers parking (some shaded) for 4 cars, hard wood floors, satelite TV, Air conditioning in the main living cuarters, open fire place, Music system and all the commodities of a beautiful holiday rental villa.
If you like modern design and dont want to have to drive to the beach Alarife might be just what youre looking for.

Außergewöhnliche Villa
Die Villa bietet einen spektakulären Blick über die Küste.
Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Sehr viele unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten sich aufzuhalten.
Gute 5 min. Laufweg zum nächsten Strand.
Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.
