L'accès se fait soit par le "Corso Umberto", artère principale du village, soit par la route qui passe derrière l'hotel (pratique pour ceux qui arrivent en voiture ou taxi). L'hotel possède deux magnifiques terrasses d'où on peut admirer la ville, le théatre grec, l'Etna, etc. Notre chambre était large et propre avec un joli balcon d'où on voyait la mer. Like several other reviews mention — and I can confirm — this hotel is sadly neglected and in a miserable state: broken shower door, ripped-off moldings, broken sun loungers, etc. The list is long! Cleanliness is poor: I found someone else's hair on the sink counter and on my bed at check-in. Old band-aids lay around the pool area for two days. A half-eaten, rotting apple was decomposing among the flowers on the room balcony. The balconies are filthy, the public toilets are dirty — and on and on. It’s a shame, because the location is good and the view is beautiful, but everything else shows a blatant lack of care — especially for the price. The internet doesn’t work — the Wi-Fi is extremely slow. I emailed them before my arrival to organize my trip and an excursion, and they took more than 10 days to reply — an unreasonable delay for customer service. Getting to the hotel is dangerous, with a steep slope and a 180-degree turn. At least they offer valet parking for €30 per night. I chose this hotel last minute because it was the only one available with a room for three people. But don’t make the same mistake — avoid this hotel."
