"The staff were wonderful and obliging. We had a funeral at 100 pm We arrived 1130 not expecting our room To be ready but they organised the cleaning staff and we were in by 1200pm changed and hone to funeral by 1220. Thankyou do Much we really appreciate your efforts 😊"

There was a container with pistachio ice cream (almost empty) in the freezer and there was only one breakfast bowl and one teaspoon. Dishwashing detergent and a scourer/sponge in the cupboard but no tea towel. "

"where to leave the keys when customer checks out. we left around 8:15 and there was not a place to leave the keys. the instruction of the motel was to leave the key in the box near the stairs but there was no box. we spent 15 minutes looking for a safe way of leaving the keys, we knocked as on the website it says there is a manager daily from 8 am to 2am but couldnt find anyone. we decided to leave the keys inside the room to avoid issues. so next time, maybe you should create another option for...
