Amazing location; great service and responsiveness from Joe. We made this booking last minute after an issue with a prior reservation. The whole booking process was smooth; the house was fantastic with all the amenities needed for our group of 10. Will surely look at coming back again and highly recommend!!

Perfect Fall Getaway
We celebrated my daughter’s 17th birthday with my other 3 kiddos for a nice long weekend in the Poconos. Driving to everything was quick. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, the furniture was all awesome and truly felt like we were in a cabin. The fireplace was perfect for warming the space and creating a more memorable experience for everyone. Communication with owner was phenomenal. 10/10 would stay here again.

Thank you for staying, Yes i do believe small things matter which is why its important to read the full listing description when booking a house. Everything you mentioned i do not supply as stated in my listing description. The parking lot is right next to the house, clubhouse and the overflow lot for additional cars is right next to the parking lot as well. The parking location for this house is actually in the most convenient location.

Perfect place to relax
My wife and I just needed a place to relax with our baby and dogs, and this place was perfect. We took advantage of the indoor pool and hiking trails nearby, otherwise we just enjoyed some downtime by the fire. It was great!!

While returning to NY on a road trip , we stopped at this property. My only complaint is we didn’t get to stay longer! Had a fir in the wood stove, ate some take out and relaxed in this fantastic place. If I’m in the area, I will make sure to visit!

40th Birthday Get away.
Very nice property. Was perfect for myself and 4 other adults that went. Loved the scenery. Only issues we had were the bedroom televisions were not connected but it was a very easy fix. The hot tub and pools were great. Was not far from anything that we ended up doing.

The condo was perfect for our family! It was easy to get to the slopes for snowboarding and snow tubing. It was super close to the pool, basketball courts and pickle ball my kids loved!

A great ski condo
Things I loved: - Beautiful condo. Loved how everything was woodsy and cabin-like, with nice bathrooms and smart TVs. Very clean with very comfortable beds and a great fireplace. Loved the combo lock for the front door. - Joe is a great host. Very responsive.. - During our trip (weekdays in early Mar), Camelback was VERY uncrowded, which was nice. Everyone at the resort was very nice; we had a mix-up with our ticket purchase and they were EXTREMELY generous in making it right. Camelback is a great place for beginners. Things I didn't love: - We arrived after sunset and moving all our stuff in was VERY DARK. We literally used flashlights. Joe was quick to notify the condo association, however, and after a few days the outdoor lights were repaired. - The property isn't exactly "ski-on ski-out." You have to climb approximately 40 steps to get to the slopes, which is obviously not fun with ski equipment. We solved the problem by parking our car closer to the slopes, and staging our ski equipment from there. - If you don't have AWD, trying to drive from the resort to the condo in snowy conditions is horrible. Fortunately, once the road was plowed and treated, it was OK. Bottom line this is a great property with a great host.

Our family of 3 had another wonderful experience staying here again. From making the reservation to checking out, it was streamlined. We truly enjoy this place as it is convenient to the mountain (with ski in and out option) and a low stress option for a quick get away. It was clean and ready to go on arrival, and the perfect place to relax for a few days.

A great family ski trip!
We had a wonderful time on our first ski trip with our boys age 8 and 5. The Villages is the perfect location to access the slopes and the amenities of the pool, basketball and tennis courts. Joe was very helpful with check-in information and suggestions. We loved the mountain decor of his town home. We cooked in most nights and enjoyed the wood burning fireplace while playing card games. We had everything we needed to enjoy a great family getaway!

Short Fall getaway
Early November getaway to the Poconos brought us to this house. Convenient to Camelback and other area attractions peaked our interest. The additional use of the community center pool and athletic courts was a big plus for my teenage boys! Joe was easy to communicate with and the check in and out process was very convenient. Enjoy ourselves and the property!

Hello Maureen,Thank you for your review.The association uses well water and has 6 well pump stations that are monitored and tested regularly. Whenever any maintenance or water testing is done to any of the 6 well pumps located in the association by law the association must send out a boil water advisory notice as a pre-caution but that does not mean there is anything wrong with the water.There was nothing wrong with my plates, cups or utensils plus they get washed and sanitized in my dishwasher after every check out. Hope i was able to clear up the confusion you had about the water.

If you want to be within walking distance if everything on Camelback resort, this is the rental for you! Close to the water park, walkable to restaurants, and a lovely, cozy home! Joseph is a very friendly host and easy to work with! Highly recommend!

Quick long weekend at the Poconos
We were three families with adults, and kids of different age groups. everybody enjoyed their stay here. Property is nice, quiet , with lots of amenities. Camel Beach outdoor water park is walking distance from the property. Lots of Restaurants and shopping mall within 15 minutes driving distance. We went during July 4 long weekend and enjoyed Camel Beach fireworks from the Balcony, really up close. Host was prompt in getting in touch and making the check in process really smooth. We arrived late night but the guard was nice in checking us in. Really not much to the check in process (or check out for that matter). Would definitely come back for a more relaxed break. Thank you.

The accommodations were great and the owner was very communicative and accommodating. Our only challenge was outside of his control. The ski season ended the day after we arrived. I would definitely stay in one of his properties again

The house was clean and we loved the log cabin feel of it. It is a short walk to the slopes- there is a flight of stairs, but my 7 year old handled it fine, so it is definitely doable and worth it.
