The room was very spacious with excellent air conditioning, very quiet during the night, soft fluffy towels, housekeepers are very nice and friendly, was a really good stay. Thank you El Djenina hotel

It was nice and clean, I just got a room assigned to someone by mistake at front desk. Not a big deal but it was late night and it just made the night long.

This hotel is conveniently located. sloe to the ferry terminal, and walking distance to many attractions. The hotel is reasonably priced, clean, with friendly staff and service. Highly recommended.

I was delighted to have found this hotel. It far outweighed my expectations. Well located with a room overlooking the marina. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, from reception to housekeepers. If I was to find a negative about the location, it would be the steep incline to the entrance (I have limited mobility). Apart from that the hotel gets top marks from me. Thank you for a very comfortable stay, I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Fine for a short stay
This hotel was perfectly adequate. No frills but felt safe and was clean. The room was very basic with no amenities. There was 2 little packets of shampoo but no hand soap for the bathroom. The heater didn’t work in my first room, so it was a bit on the cold side. However, it was close to many restaurants and hang outs.

We were the only guests in the whole hotel for the last 5 days before it closed the hotel doors for an indefinite time on March 27th, 2020.

Pleasant Stay
It was a very comfortable place to stay at. The WiFi was pretty good and the bed was comfortable and hot water was nice. The location was near the beach side. The front desk guy was polite and helped with an early morning taxi ride to Tangier airport.

Staffs are helpful. Bedroom and bathroom are clean. We felt safe during our stay. Near to good restaurants. Our room has a window facing the road and was very noisy at night with cars passing, people talking and dogs barking. It was unfortunate that we did not have a restful night.

Disappointing
Reception staff was very friendly and rooms were spacious and clean and bed was quite comfortable. Unfortunately that's where the 3 star category ended. The rooms had no soundproofing at all. My bathroom had no hot water and minimum water pressure. The location was good too, very close to the Tangier Ville port.

+ The area is nice, close enough to the Medina and other attractions. There is a nice breakfast place nearby. The staff were polite. The room was clean. - The room walls are so thin that we could hear the guy in the next room snoring, and all the noise from the street as if a window was open. There was no heating and it got cold at night. No breakfast option.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. We eere sick and the Saturday afternoon receptionist did a major search for an electric teapot that we really needed! Such amazing care! Wd were grateful to have been in such a bright comfomfortable hotel during our illness. Highly recommend staying here!

‘s nachts heel veel verkeer met en zonder uitlaat. Veel geschreeuw beneden komt vermoedelijk door de cafe’s in de buurt en de verkoop van hasjiesj. Behoudens de goedkope kamer was er in de service niks mis. Volgens bezoek zal echter een ander hotel in de buurt zijn

The hotel was great: clean, comfortable and the staff very helpful at all times! I would definitely stay again and recommend this place as an affordable option near the Medina, the beach, the mall and other attractions.
