First off, Check was for 3:00 pm. Arrived before 3:00. While checking in, was told by front desk staff that my room wasn’t ready. She said room is actually ready, we just have to wait for supervisor to chk and clear my room in which I was told would take a half hour to an hour. So they escorted us to the lobby lounge and wait there until our room was ready. I asked how would I know if our room is ready? Front desk staff told me she’ll come back to the lobby lounge and let us know. She also repeated it might take a half hour to an hour, again! 45 mins into the wait I looked out towards the front desk and waved to the person helping us! She acknowledged back room was still not ready! So, the wait continued! Over 2 hours into the wait, no front desk staff ever came to check on us! I decided to line up in a really ling and slow line! When I got to the counter, I explained myself to a different staff member who checked on my room and gave me this look like your room has been ready! And apologized for this happening to us and would let her manager know of the situation! Finally got to our and was nice and clean. Thank Goodness! At this point my wife and I were sooo exhausted just waiting for our room! We decided to relax in the room until it was almost time for dinner! They have this QR code that we needed to scan to make reservations for one of the restaurants in the hotel! This time the QR code was giving us an error! Went back down to the front desk and asked one of the front st
