Great value
The location and the amenities were great for the price. Great value. The only thing that was a small annoyance was the a/c unit turning on and off. It would wake us up. Small issue.

Excellent relaxing spot
The place is perfect for a quiet relaxing weekend. Enjoyed the fishing and marina experience. Friendly people around. Laundry, restaurant and beach within 5 min walking. Swimming pool and hot tub very clean and inviting. I will consider going back 😀

Great couples get away
This was perfect for a couples week getaway! There was a few things that that we needed help with and spoke with the owner and got an immediate response from! She was very communicative and willing to be flexible with check in and out times! I would highly recommend this place the bed was the best part of the entire place it’s so comfortable compared to the many different VRBOs and others we’ve stayed in the beds usually are not that comfortable! We plan to return again some day!

It was OK
It was ok for us and we were there 4 nights.... The internet was not stable because the signal was weak from our unit, persistently in & out, & so that was frustrating. Other than that, the location was excellent. We loved the restaurant on site, the beach was right there nearby, and parking was right outside the door. The room itself being an efficiency was like saying in motel. For us we like "big" spaces to spread all our things out, so for me & my husband it was kind of small. But I think others might like it for a short stay.

Quick getaway
Nice getaway to relax and enjoy a little quiet time. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunset opportunities and watching the dolphins play outside the door of our unit. Also took advantage of a sunset cruise from the marina located withing walking distance. The entertainment in the restaurant on property was also good. The only downside was that the coffee maker didn't work properly. It heated up but didn't dispense the coffee. Fortunately, our neighbors offered us coffee for our morning viewing of the dolphins and manatees.

Perfect little personal get away
I loved this little spot on the water. It had a great view,Food within walking distance, and a nice place to walk around and see Tampa Bay from across the water. It was very clean and everything is modern and cool. I had a great time there and would go back for sure.

My new favorite place
I would love to stay here again. I loved the vibe of the room. The view is beautiful. You can watch the sunrise from your window. You can walk to 2 restaurants, the beach, 2 pools, a playground, the pier to watch the sunset. Has everything you need in the area. Also had the necessities needed in the room. Service was very responsive and great. Everyone was so nice.

Best kept secret!
The property was everything we needed! The location was relaxing and within walking distance to everything! We had a little challenge with lock on the door - we locked ourselves both out and in - but with a simple phone call, it was taken care of immediately! Love this place!

Amazing Getaway
This place was great, a nice quiet place, a little out of the way but thats just what we wanted. Room was well maintained, communication with the host was easy. Seeing the dolphins from the porch made it so relaxing. Highly recommend for a couples getaway.

Great atmosphere but don't stay here. There are many other options. Right when we entered the property it smelt like mold. The sheets, blankets, pillows and towels did not smell clean. We communicated this with the host and asked if we could wash that items being that they said there was laundry on the property. The host was not kind or accommodating about it. She said they did not give detergent to guess and could drop off new sheets but didn't. We ended up paying $10 to wash our own laundry and a nice couple from a building over give us detergent the there place included. Their place was much cleaner and less expensive. We were sneezing the whole time we stayed in that room due to the mold and asked if we could check out the morning after to give them time to find someone else to rent the room and so we could be refunded for the last two days of our stay. They said we could check out early but we would not be refunded. Do not stay here. There are lots of better options.

I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. I checked with my manager and she sent me a copy of the texts along with her explanation of the situation. This is the second time In 7 years that it was impossible to satisfy our guest and as you can see this review is not representative of the long standing excellent reviews we have received. I believe if the unit was as poor as described the guest would not have stayed 2 more nights.

Nice property. Many units for only two pools but they were very nice. Unit on surface looks recently updated but could use some repairs i.e. shower door, toilet paper holder, peeling paint from pictures being removed. The walls were very thin. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend but would also recommend updating.

Wow! Simply Wow!
If you are looking for a place to stay in Ruskin, this is the unit to get! The hosts have EVERYTHING covered and the view is spectacular with each morning sunrise! You could literally just bring your clothes and you'd be set. The gorgeously appointed space has additional items like flatware, plasticware, iron & ironing board, vacuum (if you need it), hairdryer, microwave, mini-fridge, extra paper towels and toilet paper. Oh and the bed is so comfortable (and has underbed LED night lights). Don't hesitate to book this unit, it's fresh and clean, and close to everything on Little Harbor! Your stay here is guaranteed to be hassle free!!!

Beautiful updated unit!! Perfect spot in paradise!
My Grandson & his girlfriend were so happy staying in this unit. They loved the updated decor and the shower! The lighting added a nice fun touch along with seeing dolphins just steps from their door. They enjoyed time at the private resort beach and the Sunset Grill had amazing food and entertainment!! Will definitely return!!

Nice Couple's Getaway!
We loved how nice and clean the suite looked! It was very comfy and the best part was the bathroom! With the floor to ceiling mirrored closet door to the updated sink and the shower.....just amazing with all the different shower heads!! We would def recommend anyone who is looking for privacy to book here. Also the restaurant within walking distance that we enjoyed was the Sunset Grill and Beach Bar, great music, amazing food and strong drinks!!

We really enjoyed staying at the Inn. The room as just what we wanted - close to the beach and pool, comfy bed, clean, and quiet. Unfortunately, Tampa Bay was experiencing a red tide, so we couldn’t swim in the water but having access to 2 pools, boat charters, and jet skis made up for it.

Very clean, well kept, super easy check-in/check-out process. My wife is paranoid about COVID and brought a whole bag of disinfecting spray and cleaners, but the room was so clean that she didn't end up using any of it. Quiet area; got good sleep. Cold A/C, it was a must given that it's Sunny Florida in the summer. The shower has a regular shower head, a second showerhead that detaches on a hose, and on the opposite side three massaging water jets (my wife and I loved this feature). For added ambiance, there are lights under the furniture that you can plug in; it made for a very romantic wedding night.

The bed was amazing, the shower was amazing, the location amazing! I recommend a rental car through. It was peaceful sitting outside! The only negetive was the shower situation. Please put another glass door or anything to cover up from the water coming out. It is a great vacation for a couple getaway.

The place was just as described, and Oh My, that shower! Amazing! Beautiful little area to walk around and take in the scenery. The two nearby restaurants were both very good. The pool and hot tub area looked very inviting. Unfortunately there was a cold snap of weather that came through and we weren't able to reap the benefits of them. Would definitely stay again.

Couples Get-away
Our spontaneous couples get-away was great. The room was set up and decorated awesomely. Loved the white lounge chair and access to the Hook restaurant, where the staff was just awesome. Only thing I'd hope for next time would be a better job cleaning between guests. The dishes etc. where dirty and nasty, not welcoming at all. And if coffee was available that would be even better.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We can down for my birthday just to take a breather from this pandemic. This stay was a great stress reliever. It’s very cozy and the shower was just what I needed. The hot tub wasn’t available but this shower did the trick on my back 👍🏾My only suggestion is to have more household products for your guests especially during this time because the stores aren’t 100% safe yet. Paper towels, tissue and trash bags but overall my stay was wonderful,relaxing and we are fishing at the moment. Also make checking out around noon🤣It’s hard to leave this place at 10am!! Definitely will be back.

Beautiful room with a lovely view and an awesome shower! Very serene and my husband, the avid fisherman loved the many fishing holes nearby. I received a timely response from the owner (Bob) and he left great notes regarding things to do and places to visit locally. We can't wait to return and my husband does not want to stay anywhere else!

Very clean in a great location. Located in Little Harbor which is a beautiful resort area with two restaurants, swimming pool, hot tub and a white sand beach . This studio condo faces the river. Dolphins came up the river two to three times a day. No room service as this is privately owned and not rented through the resort.We stayed for six days and had enough towels etc. Communication with Bob (manager/owner?) was excellent.

Such an amazing vacation spot!!
I typically don’t write reviews but it was the reviews that sold me on renting this property. The room is super cute and the process to check in and out is super easy. The staff is amazing! Every morning I would have my coffee looking over the bay. I got to see manatees and dolphins. This time of year there were very few people around the resort. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. If you are looking for a quiet beautiful place to get away I highly recommend this place.
