No WiFi just the start

Great location. No WiFi so worthless for a business person. Could clearly hear people talking in the next room. Bed worn out. Expected the cockroaches, it is Florida after all.

Good value close to Tampa airport

Good value, nice big room, free coffee in the morning, cheap shuttle to cruise port.

Roaches. A lot.

Bad roach problem stayed at 3 different places while in Clearwater/Tampa area. Only extended stay had bugs-roaches! Terrible night left at 3am

Unfriendly staff at check in - no trash can in the bathroom, no tissues or a single ammenity. Over priced for so little.

Fantastic hotel!! Cynthia at fnt desk was great!

Made reservations on with trivago, I called day of arrival and spoke to Cynthia to make sure all was ok with my reservations since I needed first floor as I am disabled. She said my room was taken care and she would us when we got there. We got there and she had everything all set !! Our room was absolutely amazing!!! Thier staff is amazing !! I would stay there again!!!

Cockroaches

Turned on the light in the kitchen and about 6 cockroaches scampered away. There was also a sticky spot on the carpet that I can't explain. All in all the place looks like it has been neglected and needs some upgrades and general maintenance

Close to the airport

Staff wasn't very efficient. Took over 35 minutes to check out because there were other guests ahead of us making complaints about their stay.
