No attractions

The hotel outside was full of trash & lobby conditions were disappointing. I like to enter a lobby with a Wow factor & cleanliness does have a Wow factor. The desk help looked as if she didn't want to be there & I mean it shows. I went back to lobby to ask for close by restaurant & she literally talked to me behind a wall she never came around to the front desk. The room was inviting it just could've been cleaned a lot better than it was. There was hair in the bathroom on sink & toilet which is gross & the mirror was beyond dirty . Hair in the refrigerator & dirt in the bedroom drawers. The phones, TV, & remote was filthy. Oh yeah the pull out couch bed was not made it was just a dirty mattress. Please let's do better

Nice, convenient & pretty comfortable...

Pros: Convenient location and friendly staff...
Cons: To minimize the hotel staff working in the hallways at 6:00am...
The evening front desk receptionist was very friendly and accommodating... I would stay here again...

Don't stay here

My bed was broken. It was completed lopsided. the left side of the bed was sitting on the floor much higher than the right side. The door stopper on the door was broken too which is a safety issue. I'm a young woman staying alone so that didn't provide comfort. I picked up the phone to call front desk and the phone was broken. I went to front desk to ask to change rooms and they told me all rooms were sold out and there's nothing can do for me. smh. I called expedia directly and they were kind enough to give me my money back. However i'm never staying at this hotel again.

Very basic, close to airport with shuttle, we just needed a place to sleep and shower. The room was not dirty, however, they did not provide any bath towels. We had to go to the front desk and ask for some. Breakfast consists of coffee, granola bars, and oatmeal. I couldn’t connect to the wi-fi.

nice hotel/poor service

Pros: I liked the appearance. Rooms were comfortable.
Cons: better customer service. Better room service. More attentive agents.
Location: The location is perfect. near the airport, bush gardens and malls. Also near the highway.
the hotel was nice, but service was extremely poor, clogged bathroom sink, complained, nothing was done. "No room service for the first seven days" Breakfast poor. Staff not too friendly. I saw roaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

Vile Place

Foul-smelling, dirty establishment! Was put up here overnight by Expedia, due to an error on their end which resulted in a missed flight. The room had an extreme odor that smelled like unwashed bodies or cat urine. We aren’t taking anything out of our luggage, and have it stacked on the desk. Will not be sleeping in the bed. Too worried about lack of cleanliness and possibility of bugs. Just hanging out fully dressed, with our shoes on, and desperately waiting for morning so we can get out of here.

Perfect every time

Pros: Location, rooms, staff.
Cons: Nothing noted
Location: Wooded city area near the airport. Everything you need is a short drive (or Uber, Lyft) way. The 16.5 mi Upper Tampa Bay Trail is nearby for biking.
I've stayed at various Extended Stay America locations over the years but this one on Memorial is my favorite because it is located in a wooded area and the staff are very accomodating. I usually stay at this location when I need a quiet place to finish a project or get some work done. Having a full kitchen is a big plus.
