"Got an upgrade to a room with a view. Nice gesture. The food in the buffet was cold. People heated up extra in microwave. The young people in the bar were useless. Paid no attention to the guests. Horrible young staff. Never said hello to the guests. It says five stars. That is not true at all. More like a two star hotel. Not staying here again"

"2/10 - Not worth the 5-star label Food was a major letdown across all three meals — cheap, clearly deep-frozen quality for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drinks at the pool bar were watered down. The room had a bug problem, unsurprising given there were no screens on the windows or doors. Common areas (lobby, pool, and beach sections) had visibly dirty couches and armchairs, and the restaurant furniture was only half-heartedly cleaned. In the room, the shower floor's angle meant water leaked...
