"The house is pretty and in a great location. It has everything you need to cook, beds are comfortable but lacking linens and pillows. No blankets provided/no extra pillow or towels. We had a hard time connecting with the internet, one of the codes didn't work at all... so we didn't get the instructions or passcodes until later in the day... "The staff were hands down amazing. I am so appreciative of all of them to the cleaning crew to office staff. We decided not to rent a car, although I’d 100% recommend that you do. The hotel arranged all our transportation to and from the airport. Had the same local driver, Walter, who was great! We are not bilingual so Denis was a lifesaver and great to talk to. The views and surrounding area are breathtaking. I would like to note to other travelers, this is a eco boutique so there will be bugs. You’re staying in the tropical forest. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely be returning this hotel in the near future! Hoping for next summer!"
