Calella de Palafrugell

"Quiet flat in perfect location with good parking facility. Only a 10 min walk to the beaches either at Llafranc or Calella de Palafrugell. Communication with apartment owners (Hauzify and Pere) was easy with no problems paying or getting the key. Flat has everything you need. Bathroom/shower is a little small but functional and some furniture could do with replacing (balcony chairs are a bit old & uncomfy) but otherwise great and would stay here again. "

"The location was beautiful and had a wonderful terrace. The house felt like it had been renovated without much care and the bathrooms felt like they needed a really deep clean. It was just about ok size wise for a family of four but the rooms were small."

"We loved staying in Calella! This apt was everything we needed. The kitchen was adorable and very functional. After being in the big city, it was nice to grocery shop and cook here! Top Tamariu Hotel Reviews

Silken Platja d'Aro

Silken Platja d'Aro

10/10 Excellent
"The atmosphere at this splendid hotel was so inviting and peaceful that regardless of how your day was going you couldn't help but relax. From the spa-like bathroom with all the little extras, like a toothbrush and toothpaste, incase you'd forgotten them, to the comfortable bed, cute little patio area and quiet rooms. The lobby area had several comfortable little seating nooks, providing a nice place to read a book with a cup of tea or wait for a friend to grab you for dinner. The pool area and bar was a wonderful place to soak in the sunshine. The staff were friendly and helpful. I wish the pool had been heated (consider installing solar power heating in future maybe) as even in late Oct it was hot enough for a swim, but I enjoyed the lounge chairs and huge patio area regardless. The only other suggestion would be to adjust the room doors so they don't slam shut but otherwise you couldn't hear anything in your room. The hotel was clean, well kept and a little oasis on the Costa Brava. I can't wait to return."
