It is also good to see the residence being occupied by short stay visitors from inter state and afar thus making the resort very vibrant and lively especially during peak periods and weekends. Em relação à acomodação, as fotos apresentadas são mais atrativas do que o apartamento em si, que possui características antigas, especialmente visíveis nas paredes. As casas de banho são funcionais, porém escuras. Os corredores de acesso apresentam um cheiro desagradável, provavelmente devido a lixeira próximo a uma das portas do corredor.
