### Spacious Modern Two-Bedroom Apartment

Modern, private, self-contained, purpose built apartment located conveniently between Hamilton and Cambridge, 30 minutes to Hobbiton, Blue Springs, Bridal Veil Falls and Raglan, 50 minutes to Waitomo Caves, and 1 hour to Rotorua and Tauranga making a perfect central location. The property is picturesque, quiet and in a safe area surrounded by large gardens.  
Self-contained modern purpose built apartment. Open plan living, dining and kitchen with two large comfortable bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet.  
The lounge has two large couches, a dining table and outdoor dining on the patio overlooking large gardens: air conditioning in the living space, fans in the bedrooms. A selection of games, scrabble, chess, monopoly and backgammon.  
Fully equipped kitchen with the following amenities, Fridge/Freezer, Induction Cooktop, Convection Microwave, Coffee machine, Rice cooker, Toaster and Kettle. There is also a large gas bbq.  
The apartment is supplied for your convenience with milk, juice, bread, pastries, cereal fresh fruit, fresh eggs, jams, tea, plunger coffee, Nespresso capsules and hot chocolate.  
The lounge offers television with Sky, Free view, Netflix and a Bluetooth speaker. Bedrooms have Freeview along with ample electrical sockets, international plugs and high-speed USB chargers. The entire area has free high-speed internet. Philips wake up light/alarm clock.  
The bathroom is large with separate shower and bath with continuous hot water at mains pressure. Toiletries complementary supplied from Koha Spa. Hairdryers are in both bedrooms.  
Lockbox is available in one bedroom.  
Ample, safe, secure off street parking.  
We have the worlds most friendly boxer dog on the property.
