Hotel is severely run down! Needs major renovations. Staff was pleasant but holy cow does the property need a major facelift.

The hotel is just average because of the courteous behavior from the staff. The room I was assigned is old, walls are peeling, and roaches all over the room.

I didn't feel safe there. The neighborhood was rough, and the poor condition of the hotel property did not assuage my concerns for safety. Cleaniness was another issue. Property was dingy and there were dirty towels left from previous guest in bathroom and a gross stain on the sheets that I didn't see until the next morning. (The stain was on the far side of the bed - so I didn't see it when getting into bed.) It also smelled like stale cigarette smoke and there was a cigarette butt on the doormat going into the room. I was to stay two nights but checked out on the morning of the 3rd around 10:00 am. Linc, the employee at the front desk, was nice and said I should get the refund through Expedia. Can you help me with the refund?

Would not stay again. Room was not cleaned properly if cleaned at all. Ac is dusty. No remote for the tv. You could hair when the neighbor was taking a shower.

I slept well because the bed was from, the AC/Heat works well, the room was quiet, the parking was plentiful, the cable TV was easy to use, and the bathroom was very clean and well lite. The linen was fresh and clean and there was plenty of both soaps, etc. On the down side, I cut my finger on the shower switch handle, the lawn between the parking lot and sidewalk was very rough causing me to stumble, The adjacent drive thru coffee shop traffic blocked the exit. There was a shortage of chairs in the breakfast lounge.

First room had torn sheets and stains on them. Management switched us to another room and it was fine. Property is severely dated and needs renovations. Perfect if you only want to sleep for a night but No recommended for long stay.

They charged me a fee without any notification whatsoever . (because supposedly) we left dirty linens . We went back to the hotel and had to wait 45 min before speaking to the Manager which produced photos of a different room and bed and claimed it was mine . He would NOT reimburse my money

We rented three rooms one of them was really dirty restroom not cleaned dirty towel on the floor that had already been used. Bed sheets stained. Another room restroom door would not lock and sheets stained. Good thing we brought blankets with us. My parents room was decent.

Our stay was very good. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. It was very close by from the destination we were headed. The only thing I would suggest: the bathroom needed a little bit of more cleaning, it wasn’t horrible, however, it could have been better. Also, the smell of cigarettes didn’t let me sleep. Other then that our stay was good. They have a light breakfast. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped us answering our questions. He was very helpful too. He was part of the cleaning crew. He guided us to our rooms. Great staff!

The price was right, but you get what you pay for. We ordered a nonsmoking room, we got a nasty smelling smoky odor, and found marijuana residue. We got another room and the shower head did not work. Again you get what you pay for. This laquinta is not the laquinta I worked for years ago, nor the several ones I have visited in the past.

Poor maintenance, rooms smelled of must and smoke. Loitering by homeless, drug users and prostitutes. Fire extinguishers removed. Fire detector broken in room. Tv and phone not functioning. Building paint peeling on most doors. Difficult to enter property due to construction. Not reputable according to Tallahassee police department.

No towels i. The room expect hand towels and when i asked for towels the front desk only had one to give!! Shower head was installed too low couldn’t wash my hair !! Breakfast was only a loaf of walmart bread that was put out and coffee..

The beds were the most comfortable I have slept in in years ! The sheets were soft and the pillows were the perfect consistency. I wish their breakfast had a waffle maker or scrambled eggs .
