Location is the Key!
With its comfortable beds and central location, This rental seems to be an ideal place for a bunch of twenty-somethings to crash after a day/night of activity. It was not as comfortable for a family group of three generations that would like to cook in, sometimes, and live like home when not on the go. The property manager did bring by things that we requested when we arrived and noticed some obvious needs. But, things that we considered necessities; like washcloths and a can opener were absent. If the property owner/manager acts on the list we provided it should be a much more comfortable stay for future families. The location was ideal for visiting venues we needed and wanted to attend. And the beds are comfortable, and the area quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.

Had a nice stay. Condo was clean and comfortable for our group of 8. Working appliances, TVs, and 'smart lights ' which were pretty cool. Basic amount of supplies (towels, linens utensils, dinnerware, cookware etc)- I would just suggest stocking a few extras since the place accommodates so many persons. But the communication with the owner was easy. He sent extra towels/blankets/bath mats via instacart which we truly appreciated. So close to FSU, made it so easy to go to the game!! We had such a great time, thank you!!
