Off the bat, it’s an old hotel. The lobby gives it away even if the exterior doesn’t. There’s definitely an air of the Shining in the lobby, But they are remodeling. You can tell when you enter the room. I love the color they chose for the bathroom! I love butter yellow! And they use real tiles, not fiberglass stuff. The shower gave strong sprays so showers in the morning was a treat. I chose the lowest rate room so the room was in the smaller side, but the sheets were super crisp and the mattress was better than any I’ve slept on. The pillows are fluffy and firm. Housekeeping gave me new towels everyday and they remade my bed so I come back to crisp made bed. The lobby staffs were helpful too! The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed my stay here!
