Highly Recommend! Absolutely gorgeous, zen, and wonderful hotel with top-notch service. You are asked to take your shoes off upon entering and provided with slippers, which is great as it helps keep the premises clean. The hotel also smells like a spa and is very airy with high ceilings. Ms. Lin was so thoughtful and recommended itineraries as well as a taxi service that we could call, making getting around all the sights in Taitung a breeze. Upon leaving, I accidentally left my phone and they mailed it to me free of charge (it was super quick and arrived the next day btw!). We will definitely comeback and stay here again if we are in Taitung.
