"Definitely needed some updates, but for a last minute decision trip wasn’t bad. Tiles broke on kitchen floor, had to be careful walking barefoot. Was very quiet, small view of ocean, liked being able to sit out on deck."

Upon checking in, it was realized that the lock code for the front door had not been emailed (was to be emailed separately). Yes, I checked my spam/junk folder, but no email. "We LOVED our stays first time to ocean shores and it was absolutely wonderful and a home away from home. Comfortable, clean, and fabulous!"

"The carpet was covered in stains and when we arrived there were wet stained spots in the walkway. It smelled like cleaning supplies trying to mask pet odors. We were given a blanket to act as a rug to cover the wet stains. We were given 3 towels and 3 wash clothes for 3 guests and had to exchange our 2 dirty towels before we could get the appropriate count of 3 towels.There were no cups for the coffee pot and 1 filter for 3 days. Overall, a rundown property, which I don't mind as a older ocean...

"Top 3...in terms of worst places to stay. Ever. I had to leave early because the room smelled like an old Vegas casino when they allowed smoking indoors. Stains, tears, mold, old, dusty, dirty, the list goes on. Absolutely terrible."
