Most guests return year after year because of the comfortable accommodations, easy access to the public beaches, and great HOA amenities such as a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and more. This home has been remodeled to create a comfortable atmosphere for your Tahoe vacation. On the main level, you will find a cozy living room situated around a flat screen tv and gas fireplace. Just beyond the living room is the dining and kitchen space with upgraded appliances and access to the back deck. All of the bedrooms are situated on the second floor. The main suite has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom that has a spacious glass shower. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The approximate Square Footage is 1408 Main Level: \- Kitchen: Microwave, Oven, Stove Top, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker \- Dining Room: Can seat up to 6, plus breakfast bar seating for 3 attached to kitchen \- Living Room: Seating for 5-6, gas fireplace, television with cable and a DVD player \- Half Bathroom \- Laundry: Washer and dryer available for guest use 2nd Story \- Master Bedroom: King bed \- Master Bathroom: Spacious en-suite bath, sink with attached vanity space and shower \- Bedroom #2: King bed that can sleep 2, \- Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub, sink, and toilet \- Bedroom #3: Queen bed that can sleep 2 \- Laundry: Washer and dryer available for guest use Parking: \- There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the unit.
