"The room was not what I expected from this chain of hotels. The room was larger than expected. Fortunately I had the non-smoking floor. I had another room room on the smoking floor and it was a pretty strong odor. Just be careful of what you're booking when making your reservations. It was also within walking distance from many restaurants and provided ample parking."

"All the rooms were incredibly clean and relaxing. The host was very accommodating and the location was perfect. I was able to walk around at night and really appreciate where I was. Also, the sauna was very wonderful and do the matcha tea ceremony. It was very calming."

"The hotel is extremely dirty, the rooms are not in a bad condition they were renovated, but the lobby and the hallways are horrible dirty, bad smells at every corner. The stuff was very mean and unfair, I travel with my 17 y old daughter and at this reservation I made some mistake and checked only one person, I offered to pay for her as well, but they treat me like I was trying to eat and stay "

We were treated poorly for checking out only 15 minutes late, including an invasion of personal space during checkout. "The room was not what I expected from this chain of hotels. The room was larger than expected. Fortunately I had the non-smoking floor. I had another room room on the smoking floor and it was a pretty strong odor. Just be careful of what you're booking when making your reservations. It was also within walking distance from many restaurants and provided ample parking."
