Historic Stadium Area Vacation Rentals!

Stay in a beautiful, modern apartment located in Tacoma’s gorgeous , historic Stadium District! The apartment is renovated and fully furnished. It is a two bed/two bath unit that sleeps six. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a queen futon, dresser, full bath and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a king bed, dresser, and walk in closet. The kitchen has granite counters, cherry wood cabinets, built in dishwasher, microwave dishes and cookware. The apartment includes cable tv, WIFI, heat, linens, towels, games, bike room and assigned parking. Laundry facility is located just an elevator ride away!

The rental is located a few blocks from Wright Park, the Commencement Bay Waterfront, and Old Town Tacoma. We are also a short distance from Downtown Tacoma and I5. Seattle is 45 minutes away and the Tacoma Mall is about 20. Point Defiance, Ruston Way and Chambers Bay are also pretty close if you want an outdoor adventure. We are extremely close to many great restaurants, coffee shops, froyo shops, and bars, for indoor fun, relaxation, and delicious food!

We are looking forward to your stay and hope you love our beautiful city of Tacoma as much as we do. The one downfall of visiting the Pacific Northwest is the constant unreliable weather. We are here to make sure you enjoy your stay, rain or shine!

Lovely apartment in a lovely secure building. Rooms were large, amenities generous. Walkable area with food and coffee close.Parking provided, tho we winded up walking to many places and had family to take us further out. We loved the location so much I would rent again in a heartbeat.

Would definitely stay at this apartment again. The location was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. The linens were all top notch. She had the softest sheets and towels. Knowing we had two of our daughters with us, she had the futon already pulled out with sheets on it. Overall it was a great place to stay. I will highly recommend!

Love this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Tacoma! The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s located in the charming Stadium District — a perfect spot with easy access to restaurants, shops, and beautiful views of the water.The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of fresh towels, quality toiletries, and other small touches that made a big difference. It’s clear that Lucy has put a lot of care into making guests feel comfortable and welcome.We really appreciated the quiet, safe neighborhood and how close we were to all the local attractions. Would absolutely stay here when we visit from Ohio and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tacoma!

Beautiful rental in great location.

Rented for visit with family for niece’s graduation. Unit was in a lovely historical building but had all the modern comforts. Very walkable to all sorts of eating and entertainment. All communication with host was fantastic. Really enjoyed our time here!!

Perfect location for some great memories

We are super grateful to have stayed at this beautiful place. It was perfect as we needed a location that was walking distance to the store and restaurants. We were traveling with my 84 year old mom to attend the UPS graduation If we are ever in Tacoma again, we will stay here.

Great Experience

Let me start by saying that Lucy is the hostess with the mostest! 😊. She was very welcoming and her property is the nicest VRBO properties I have stayed in. I think it’s nicer than the pictures show. My father and I stayed at Lucy’s property for five days and felt comfortable and safe. The property was very clean and well kept. Also we met some of her great tenants. If you are in the Tacoma area this is the place to stay. It is very centrally located and the neighborhood is nice and walkable.

My son and daughter-in-law and I were supposed to meet at Sea-Tac Airport and all of us were going to stay at the property. Their flight was cancelled and they were unable to come. So, I had the whole place to myself. I felt very secure and enjoyed the scenic view. It was clean and well-stocked. Very comfortable. I would certainly stay there again.

Terrific rental in great location

Really nice flat with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Rooms are generously sized and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Peek a boo view`of Commencement Bay from living and dining rooms. Great location, walkable to Wright Park, supermarket and nice restaurants. Clean and bright! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again!

Awesome Stay!

This apartment and host couldn't be better! Lucy was helpful with a couple of special requests that made our Thanksgiving stay perfect. The place is lovely, within walking distance of places to eat, and best of all next to the Art House Cafe! A perfect 10!
