This space is a haven of peace and quiet, where you will enjoy Rody Creek outlining this 8 acre property. We are neighbors to Watson’s Nursery, right next door, a short walk to gorgeous seasonal flowers, a coffee shop and restaurant, and live reindeer at Christmas! In the summer, enjoy 4 acres of mowed lawn for kickball or picnics in our apple orchard. This is our second time staying at Joan and Greg’s home and we hope it wont be our last. We maintain vacation rentals for a living and do have a tendency to be picky. The house is always spotless and the hosts are very responsive to any needs we might have. The location is close enough to stores and restaurants yet far enough away from everything to still be quiet and peaceful. The kitchen has anything you could need and the welcome basket of snacks is a nice treat after the drive in. The beds are very comfortable and there are sound diffusers to help you if you’re not a fan of trains. The CSX and Sounder tracks are nearby but not a distraction, just adds to the ambiance. We give them 5 stars because we can’t give them 10. ##### Frank D. The place was beautiful and host was amazing. Would recommend to anyone headed to the Seattle area. Our host not only had a beautiful place for us to stay but she also gave us many ideas of things to do and even ordered a grill to use when we asked if they had one which was not necessary but shows they want your stay to be perfect. It was immaculate, sufficiently stocked, great kitchen provisions ( lots of cooks on this fam), 2 lovely fireplaces and a porch to relax and watch the sunrise.
