"The room we were in was dirty. Shower was so bad I would not let my dog bath in it. Paint pealing off the walls and ceiling.this room should not be rented out to anyone till it has a deep clean. The lamp only works if you plug it in for on and unplug to turn it off. Very sad. Room 824. The hot tub only had 3 jets that worked. "

"The accommodations were fantastic. Very clean and roomy and in the historical district. Downstairs is a small kitchen and upstairs is a large living space with a king bed and day bed with trundle. It was perfect for my wife and two younger boys. You can walk downtown in about 10-15 minutes or drive down the hill a bit and park off of the main drag without having to pay for parking. Rob and Joy were easy to work with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Hot Springs. "

"The room is very clean for a reasonable price. I dont know about other rooms but mine didn't have a microwave or refrigerator in the room. But they have a microwave inside the office that guests can use. The staff here are always welcoming, friendly and respectful. . I feel safe thats why i support them.."
