« This hotel is relatively new and is just beginning to show some signs of wear like chipping here and there is the bathroom, scratches on the bedside table, small holes in the window blind. It is generally very quiet there and the walls seem to be thick enough to block out the TV or other normal sounds from adjacent rooms. If you value quiet, don't take a room on the first floor. « Although, February is not the greatest time to visit Elkhart, IN, this little cabin made it worthwhile. It was cozy, as advertised, but also clean and well-appointed with amenities and welcoming decor. Our host was perfect, delivering on what was necessary, and letting us have our space otherwise. It is a bit confusing navigating, but our host gave very clear directions. Also, although this place is well maintained and classy, there are other properties that aren't. Please don't let that deter...
