La Casa di Simone is a splendid 80sqm villa surrounded by a garden of 1400 square meters, immersed in the Syracusan countryside. The house is located a few km from the most famous beaches of Syracuse and 10 km from the historic center of Ortigia. Two bedrooms, a large living room / kitchen area and a large veranda allow guests more possibilities on where to make lunches and dinners.
