Nice breakfast options with a spacious eating area in the lobby. Helpful staff. Bedding isn’t the best but okay. Worked really well to have suites for our family to gather and chat in. Thank you!

Perfect for a family of four adults who need a little more space. Very clean. The only thing not super convenient was the buildings were all separate; you have to walk to the main building for breakfast and to check-in and check out.

The hotel is completely outdated and worn. Areas like the carpeting is worn has tracks in it and so forth. The furniture is old and worn also just just overall not a good experience. I did not stay there.

Overall this is a decent hotel at a good price and the typical conveniences of Homewood Suites (primarily the expanded kitchen amenities and a good hot breakfast). The star of the show is the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff. Definitely one of the best I've encountered in my travels, including some expensive hotels that pride themselves on their service. The decor in the rooms is definitely outdated (maybe early 2000s) and the fitness center is pretty bare bones, but the hotel is overall good value. A couple relatively easy areas of improvement should someone from Homewood Suites read this: adding smart TV capabilities (if you want to recruit a younger crowd this seems like an easy change which would also be great for families with small children), and adding at least 1 more pet station since only having one is difficult depending on which room you're in.

This is a great one!
Richard was super friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and well-kept. Overall, the hotel is a bit on the older side but the rooms seem well updated. I would stay here again.

Loved this place! Will definitely go again. Stayed in a suite with a nice little living room/kitchen area--clean and comfy. Great breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Just a short drive from Desitiny Mall and downtown Syracuse. Thumbs up all the way around!
