First of all, ALL exterior door locks have been REMOVED, deliberately. Management said " too many people get locked out) bathroom fan broken, bathroom bad odor, tv unusable, limited breakfast, no hot water for tea, only coffee urn to replace broken main machine. Few outlets in room, outlets on lamps mostly inoperable . WET dog pee on carpet in room. Detergent machine broken in laundry. ALL firedoors propped open next to signs requiring them to be closed. The staff was unfailingly nice and polite, but helpless and over whelmed. Property needs complete overhaul.

This is the last time for us to stay in Quality Inn. Everything is old. Stains on sheets, on towels, TV not working. Staff not really prompt to respond, no phone in bedroom so impossible to contact the service desk. For three days room service was absent, same poor breakfast. Overall: horrible hotel.

I appreciated the proximity to the highway and area sites, the comfort of the bed, the complimentary breakfast and the very nice staff; however, this hotel does have some issues. While the beds were comfortable and the room was a nice size, it was rather cold. There was a heating/air conditioner inside the room but all it did was blast out cold air. It was so chilly in the room that my daughter did not want to get out of the covers in the morning! I spoke to the desk staff and they said they would have someone look at it but it still did not work. They let us switch rooms to the one across the hall, which was more comfortable but still the heating unit did not work. Also, the television was hard to operate with the remote and we couldn't even use the one in our second room. There was also a leak in the hallway with a bucket underneath it to catch the brownish-yellow drip; sorry, but that is not something a guest should see. I also think it was priced a little high, but that's Bidenomics for you! Next time I am in the area I will most likely stay elsewhere.

If you looking for a place to lay your head for the night, it'll get the job done. This hotel can definitely use an overhaul, very old decor, and smells musty. I noticed lots signs of visible water damage which would explain the smell. We stayed for 2 nights but would not stay again.

For $500 CAN a night this hotel was extremely disapointing. There were barely any staff in sight, when you go to check in there is only one person working so the check in process is very lengthy. They also have no maid service on the weekends so your room will not be cleaned and only service during the week but you have to request it. The " breakfast" included was only a waffle maker and some bagels so not really a true breakfast. The room itself was not terrible but very old and could use some renovations for sure. Lastly, their website advertised that you could cancel/edit your reservation beforehand but this was not the case when I called to do so very far in advance.

Asked for Towels. Called twice and came to front office to wait until got them as no one brought them to the room after promising quick delivery. The main faucet in the bathroom did not work well. The key to the room did not work and I had to walk to the front desk a few times to get new keys that did not work either. When i was at the front desk, saw several other customers complaining about no hot water and also waiting for towels as well. Fortunately we only spent 1 night there. Everything else was just ok.

have stayed here before since it's close to my destination. It's average, nothing that screams I must stay here, but then again nothing that screams stay away either. Disappointing breakfast choices, starches, carbs and processed microwaveable choices - nothing fresh (including the fruit) other hotel nearby has a much better free breakfast if that's important to you. Pool was open but I didn't use it, brought my own bike so didn't use the gym this time but did stop by - look clean and had the basics.

We felt very unsafe. The hotel doors (which should have been accessible only by keycard) were open at all times. The hotel was very dirty, including bedding, floors, and bathrooms. There are no drain covers for sinks and tubs. The sheets and blankets had holes in them, and they did not enough pillows for our family. They ran out of breakfast foods at 9:30, so we had very limited choices for breakfast foods. We went to the hotel “store” and there was NOTHING in there. We will not be back again.

I think the price was just put up because of the State Fair. This hotel room should not have been $305usd. Not worth it.

No elevator outdoor pool, which would have been off-limits most of our stay no options for food or beverage after returning from the concert so we didn’t stay. We packed up our stuff and we had at home.

We liked the convienent location of the property to the NYS Fair. The pool was freezing, and the concrete around it is falling apart. The hallways and facility is dated internally. The "buffet" is terrible. The food was purchased from the local aldis and the sandwich options were frozen and heat up yourself. The juice was all watered down, the bagels and bread were stale. There was no liquid creamer for coff. I was confused what I paid almost 300 for one night for.
