Our son had just been in the hospital for three days and we were trying to make it easy on him and his other siblings by not traveling late at night. After having us come back downstairs with all our stuff, she made it seem extra inconvenient that I had booked through hotels.com and decided to give us the same room with a rollaway bed. I did my best to stay calm with her and thanked her for helping us. The bed was comfy, the room was big for five people, breakfast was pretty good, and checkout was simple."

"A lot of kids running the halls and screaming without any supervision. Staff did not seem to mind this. We were in a room next to a large amount of kids, with no adult with them. Reserved online and quoted price, that was to be what was paid. Was charged $150.00 more than supposed to. Lied Lodge claimed that we asked for an upgrade, not true - only time we talked to Lied is when we checked in and given room. Lied will not adjust. Will not stay there again. Not worth the money charged and headache over being overcharged."

"The room was cool, the staff was helpful. They were short staffed and the hotel was booked solid so they did very well under the circumstances. The only negative was the internet was not working either last night or this morning and the phone wasn’t working to complain about it. On the whole it was adequate. "
